  • This technology has many uses, some of which can be extremely beneficial.  However, used alone or in tandem, it could, will and may already be used for torture, interrogation, espionage, warfare and cognitive manipulation.

 

Much of this technology is either "black" (so highly classified that little is known) and/or under-reported in the media so that most Americans are unaware it exists.  We still do not know exactly what technology is being used.  But what is known and discussed reveals much about this weaponry and its effects.
